Post injection swelling

Not sure right place to post but I keep getting a swelling after injection, I’ve been to doctors and they said it’s just a lot of inflammation and prescribe high dose anti inflammatory, when it happened before, I’m clean with injections I use alcohol wipes, fresh everything every time, massage the area gently after make sure the product is okay same with water and oil based(test only injections)

So test injections into leg or shoulder doesn’t matter if it’s 0.4-1ml regardless it swells, it’s painful and it’s warm sounds like an infection but doctors never say it is, I never have a fever, or symptoms of injection nothing I’ve researched has helped, I’ve tried taking longer to inject to give more time to absorb, warm the test up in my hand moved to a bigger muscle(leg) I’ve changed products and only use ones many people have used before, I’ve changed needle grade needle size, deeper in the muscle more shallow etc and more.

I do carry fat as I compete in strongman so even in my leg I use a 0.75 at least, the only thing I’m not sure whether it has any facts too is I have true allergies (different from normal allergic reactions) to stuff like sugar chocolate powder Coco and couple others whenever I have anything which happens and is rare but when my body reacts not as severe as it can be as my scores are 50-80 but I have an immune response and my immune system becomes overly active but only to food I think? Any advice would be great

What are you injecting? Compound/Drug, volume and concentration please?

My bet is on high concentration test.
What’s the mg/ml you are using?

currently using 300mg/ml test en, even on test sust100mg/ml and test cyp 200mg/ml on past cycles it has been a problem, been mostly pinning with 1inch 25g so i’m trying a 1.5 23g needle potentially due to carrying more weight for strongman i need to go deeper into the muscle

currently 300mg/ml test enanthate always rotating trying to inject less but more frequent to avoid swelling

First thing is you’re using 1” n and you should be using 1.5” when you inject into the fatty layer of the skin it causes a painful lump or swelling very much like you describe. Second thing is you should be warming the oil I use a clean cup filled with warm water from the tap soak for 5 mins. I then use a heating pad on the area to allow the oil to warm and spread evenly after injection. Still despite all this you gonna have some pain from it no matter what.

Good timing as I’ve ordered some new 1.5, which should arrive today and I can update how it goes. I appreciate the advice, i’ve definitely been in the muscle I just think hopefully I’ve just been pinning slightly shallow
