Would anyone be interested in a blog about the kinds of people that visit the Emergency Room on a daily basis? They are really classy folks let me tell ya. I work as a valet at the ER everyday where I park incoming patient’s vehicles completely for free. Obviously a tip would be appreciated, a concept in etiquette which is apparently not taught anymore. But I digress, the whole point to this blog would be to illustrate what kinds of people the pending health care reform is aiming to give free health care to.
For example, I would probably write about this lady yesterday who asks me and the security guard sitting next to me if we could keep an eye on her kids while she went to go smoke a cigarette. Or I would write about the guy who comes in smoking a cigarette, just before he visits the ER, with oxygen tubes in his nose. OR the guy who walks in today, at least 300+lbs, wearing a t-shirt that says “The few, the proud, the BIG”. I am not so sure about the few and proud part.
Anyway, would this be interesting to anyone? It will most definitely include pictures.
A buddy of mine had that same job and his boss said he wasn’t allowed to accept tips. He would even have “undercover” guys show up and offer him a fat tip, if he had accepted he’d get fired. They take that valet shit seriously.

“Why tip someone for a job I’m capable of doing myself? I can deliver food. I can drive a taxi. I can, and do, cut my own hair. I did however, tip my urologist, because I am unable to pulverize my own kidney stones.”
