I was at a park with some friends , at a village nearby , about half an hour drive. There were 2 girls around 15 and a boy around 12 years old and they had a beautiful 5 month old labrador retriever.
There were 2 fuckers around 20-25 who talked dirty to these little girls. The boy that was with the girls went and told them to stop and they bullied him. He went away and they continued their shit.
Then the dog went near them to fetch a ball , one of the fuckers called it , gave the dog some of his sandwich and then he was like, why did you eat my sandwich you stupid dog and kicked it in the face! Can you imagine it? I was mad like never before!

I told my friends to go to the car and start the engine, bought a sandwich , went to were these idiots were sitting , gave him the sandwich and told him that i was sorry that the dog ate his before. His friend told me: ok thats good, but if the dog comes here again i will kick, and before he finished his word i throw a roundhouse kick with all my anger to his face. He goes down, I actually felt something breaking in his face, the other dude stands up and i immediately take him down and go to an achilles tendon lock and break his foot. Then i throw a soccer kick to his face and i tell him: now you won’t kick a dog again you son of a bitch. I run to the car and tell my friends to go.

The next day the local newspaper wrote about it and that the police is searching to find the attacker.
I lost 5 pounds from all the stress! Maybe that’s why i stalled on bench and military press lol .
Maybe what i did was wrong and was not my business to get involved but i can’t stand fuckers doing shit like this. It was not only the dirty talk and the bullying but to kick a puppy like this for no reason…i get angry even now that i am writing and thinking about it. I love dogs maybe more than most people and when someone abuses them i just can’t stand it.

Whatever, i don’t live there so i don’t think that the police will find me, i hope they won’t!

Damn, that isn’t what I expected from “street fight” xD But There isn’t any excuse to kick a puppy or dog (really anything) in the face like that. I definitely can’t do a roundhouse kick or achilles lock xD But I definitely would have fought.

Sucks about the stall on Bench and Press though…

3a.Close Neutral Grip Pullups: 1x3/bw , 1x3/bw 25lbs , 3x5/bw 35lbs , 1x7/bw
3b.Diamond Pushups: 6x10
4a.Pronated Grip DB Bent-Over Rear Delt Raise: 1x10/10 each arm , 1x10/20 each arm , 3x20/30 each arm
4b.Seated DB Lateral Delt Raise: 5x10/5 each arm
4c.Barbell Rollout: 5x5
4b.Decline Situps: 5x10

Squats were good. My form at the last set was good at the first six reps and average to bad at the last 2 reps.
Benching was great. I expected to do 8 reps at the last set but 6 are good too.
CNG Pullups and Diamond Pushups gave me a good back and triceps pump.
Rear and lateral delts got a good pump too. Lateral Raises were very easy but i wanted to start really light.
Rollouts did not feel good and were done with half ROM so i added Decline Situps to stimulate a bit more my abs.
My BW is again at 165 pounds.

5b.Alternating Dumbell Hammer Curls: 1x10/15 each arm , 1x10/20 each arm , 3x10/25 each arm
5c.Barbell Rollout: 5x6

Squats, Military Press and Deadlifts were easy and done with good form.
One-Arm Barbell Row felt good and gave a good back pump.
Snatch High Pulls are one of the most awesome exercises i tried so far! They made my traps and lateral delts look more pumped than ever without actually getting a traditional pump. They felt dense and strong. I fell in love with this exercise. A big thanks to Christian Thibaudeau for making this exercise known and preaching about its awesomeness!
Hammers Curls were easy and gave me an average pump.
Rollouts were good again and almost full ROM.

Awesome training session !!!
Easy Squats and Bench, both done with great form.
Pull Ups and Rope Pushdows gave me an awesome back and triceps pump.
Rear and Lateral delts got a crazy pump from all the work.
Rollouts were better , almost full ROM again.
I put on 2 pounds, so i am at 167 now.

My Squats are so close to bench because i am weak. Maybe as I’ll get stronger the gap between them will get bigger.

I don’t have time to post this week’s training , and i also don’t have the time to continue logging my training here. I will just write down my results so far and get back when I ll have time again.

This is my progress during my first 8 weeks of training with weights:

1.Squats: 1x5/135 to 1x5/200 and 1x1/230
2.Bench: 1x5/155 to 1x5/195 and 1x1/210
3.Deadlift: 1x5/200 to 1x5/255 and 1x1/285
4.Military Press: 1x5/110 to 1x3/130 and 1x1/140
5.Barbell Rollouts: 5 half reps to 5 almost full reps.
Went from weighting 165 to 167 pounds and looking leaner and a bit bigger than before.
Everything writen in this post was done with near perfect form and explosively.
I almost achieved all my goals. Military Press is a lot weaker than i expected but i still got stronger so i am happy with it.
I ll continue training as i do now and post again maybe in 4 months.
