Situation: You’re covered in sweat, HR up, forearms afire from doing some complexes/corpsefit/circuit-training or whatever. You’ve got <95 on the bar, and the guy doing shrugs with 225 in the squat rack next to you leans over and asks

This. I spend every moment in public waiting for someone to actually do this.
Oh the joyous day when it finally happens.[/quote]
Wasn’t there a story that during the movie a women got up and said “This movie is stupid” Then a guy got out of his seat and said “This…is…SPARTA!” and kicked her down the isle? I think it happened in my town. But yeah, so wish I was there.

Yea, just like there was this one guy who drank a coke right after eating pop rocks and his stomach burst…
Come on Fuzzster, I woulda hoped someone as like minded as me would know not to by into some urban legend like that without verifiable proof

With a little research what I came up with
“a man was going up an escalator to see 300 for the 9th time an old woman behind him was complaining that she thought the movie was horrible and is pointless violence when the man arrived at the top of the escalator he turned around screamed “THIS IS SPARTA” and booted the old lady down the escalator TRUE STORY HAPPEND IN CROSSGATES MALL, ALBANY, NY.
the woman was 67 years of age and is pressing charges on the man who is 28 years of age”

If they are going UP the escalator, and he kicks her DOWN the same escalator, wouldn’t she just make her way to the top since the escalator is going up?

Yes, this should occur. Then he could kick her again when she reaches the top.
