Now the candidates, are running on mandatory gun buy-back programs. According to Beto, Bernie and Biden, all are pushing for mandatory gun buy back programs on “Assault Rifles”. Needless to say, outside of possibly Biden, none of them knows what an ‘Assault Rifle’ looks like.
Obama said, he wasn’t after people’s guns, just stricter regulations. Well folks, the slippery slope has just been invoked.
We all know they are going to want all guns, not just “assault rifles”. It’s just a matter of time. This is a poor calculation on the left wing candidates.
The DNC really needs to stop trying to steal defeat from the jaws of victory. I have never seen anybody try so hard to lose an election. Every policy proposal gets worse. This is the worst yet.
I am not the type of person to draw blood, but I would protest massively. However, there are gun owners far more serious than I. Try and take Ted Nugent’s guns from him. It won’t happen, he will going down shooting. So will a lot of others. And it’s not just Republicans who own guns and are serious about the 2nd amendment. There are plenty of Democrats who love their guns. This was a huge miscalculation.

I’ve made the same comment a dozen times about the GOP and their ‘support’ of black presidential candidates (the support that DIES the very second the first hit piece emerges).
She was always DOA. She was an even bigger idiot for not realizing it and creating animosity in her own party. Because while I have no issue with infighting over policy, animosity reveals exclusively weak leaders.

It also seems that she made some “missteps”? as a Prosecutor/DA/States AG? (Often VERY political positions that can come back to haunt you if you want to do something as Public as running for President…)

People are base creatures when you get down to generalities. They’ll always be inherently be more likely to like people they perceive to be like them.
There’s a guy I know, typical right leaning guy, guns god n fuck muslims, but he grew up on the east side, so he got zero of the anti black sentiment. He GENUINELY believes Ben Carson was the best man for POTUS, and despite his trainwreck of a career, has his bumper sticker on his car to this day.
