I’d absolutely drop my other online supplier! I’m curious though, how was it that the third party suppliers were able to offer it cheaper than you in the first place? Even with your “Buy two, get one” offers, I still found the per bottle price cheaper at other sites.

Can BIOTEST make a GROW tub in a four or six pound size? Would that help them save packaging cost? I would love to buy a four or six pound tub then a two. Although the two pound offering is nice for a travel size for my truck.

Lexie - Basically, we weren’t “allowed” by the retail stores and sites to under-sell them. TC alluded to this in his article I think. It’s really a double-edged sword.
If the T-mag store were to under-sell another online store, they’d get mad and threaten not to carry our stuff. So before, we HAD to sell at full suggested retail. Remember when we did those two “Buy 2, Get 2” deals? That caused a few retailers to get pissed at us. So basically, Tim could either lower the quality of the product (and he’d NEVER do that), stop selling it altogether since the profit was so low, or drop the middleman and sell it ONLY at this site.
A few retailers might be mad, but it was either that or not sell items like Grow! and Surge at all. That’s my understanding of it at least, but keep in mind that’s “not my department.”
mighty - There may be freshness issues with super large containers. Some people would use it that fast, but other may not. Large containers may also increase shipping costs for those buying only one container to try out. But anyway, the price can’t really go lower than $23, so larger containers may not necessarily cost less per pound. Prices are at rock bottom already.
