Article(s) would greatly be appreciated!
Dr Ryan,
Just checking in to make sure that you haven’t forgotten us. I’m looking forward to reading the article. Any updates?
Umm… Let me think about that one.
ABSOLUTELY
Please oh please oh please. I’ll send you something if you do!
I have been diagnosed with an L4-5 rupture and am attacking the believed source: improving upon my terrible hip and ham flexibility. Still, am I best off to bite the bullet and have surgery, or should I do what I can to live with it? An article would be most welcome!
Most definitely! I’m young (relatively) and I already have injuries, imbalances and tightness. Actually I don’t even know whats EXACTLY wrong with me…So, an article would be so much help!!
I’m definitely interested. Just finally getting back to normal after almost a year of lower back trouble!
Shortly after the original poll was taken, T-Nation released a two-part article from Ian King that was related to back injuries, therefore, I shelved the article for a little while. However, it seems like there is still a good demand. So I am planning to write an article that provides some complementary info/advice to what has already been written.
Take care,
Ryan
Bring on the article, please!
I would love to see an article also. I have five hernaited disc in my back and a pinch nerve in my neck. I am also for all the rehab exercises and any kind of streches too.
Yes
Lower back pain. I ones had lower back pain for months, so bad that can’t do anything in the gym. to fix the problem I did a month or two of lower back exercise, such as stretches. swimming and doing light back training. Don’t get caught up lifting heavy weights. Do alot of strectches, hold it for 1 or 2 mins. take it easy, don’t do heavy lifting to damage you back more. When it’s all right, by all means lift like a aminal
Would love to see an article like this. Hope to see it soon.
Crack on with you work doc!
thanks,
That would be great! Could you also explain what exercises to do , to eliminate or at least minimize this problem. One question: I have always felt lower back pain was do to improperly trained muscles in this region. Is that true?
Thanks!
RW
