I am really curious as to what you look like. As I said before you must have a stellar physique, yes? With numbers like that I would think you would. Post some pics. Sorry about the thread jack OP.
If he had given his fat loss in pounds rather than stone and added a few before pics, this thread would have taken a different direction.
To put it in numbers, the dude lost 112 pounds in 6 months . That is a massive achievement.
