Please Critique My Keto Diet

Current body fat: 11.5% taken this week

Meal 1:
2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 1 oz almonds, 6g of fish oils

Meal 2:

5oz extra lean ground beef, 1 oz brazlian nuts with broccoli

Meal 3: 6oz tilapia, 1/2 spoon of MCT oil (7g of fat)

Post workout : 1 scoop whey isolate

Meal 4: 6oz chicken with 4-5 asparagus spears, one cucumber, broccoli

Meal 5: 1 tuna can (35g proteins, 0 fats) , 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, spinach,cucumber,romaine lettuce
1 oz pecan nuts

Meal 6: 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 6g of fish oils

Refeed: Once a week on 500-550g of carbs, dropping my protein to 1g/lbs and keep fats minimal

This is more of a PSMF than typical keto, because fats are low. Energy will crash if you keep this up very long, but can be quite effective short term for fat loss.

Keto diets are high fat, moderate protein. You have what looks to be a high protein, moderate fat, low carb diet with minimal overall calories and a one day carb refeed.

that’s how I cut, generally. I probably get less fat than he does too.
