Amazon just announced the same starting November 10th.
Just replayed KZ3 and man, forgot how mind-blowingly awesome that game looks, and the campaign was probably the funnest for the current gen FPS genre…really re-ignited my excitement for KZ: Shadow Fall
Well, Gamefly just shipped me COD: Ghost yesturday and Gamestop sent me an email about my BF4 pre-order. I’m most excited about Killzone Shadow fall, which will be in the box upon arrival.
We’re coming down to the wire folks. I plan on doing nothing except gaming on the 16th (assuming Amazon ships it by then [they better I’m paying the 2day shipping fee)]
Has anyone seen the HD Killzone video in true 1080p? I have not. I’ve heard it’s just unreal.

Unfortunately, I don’t get mine until the 20th: Wal-Mart pre-order. 
Which sucks because I get the extra controller in the bundle on the 15th, and of course Watch Dogs was delayed, so now I have to decide which game I want to get.
Speaking of Killzone SF, yes I have seen the footage and yes it was awesome. I think all the resolution/framerate issues for a lot of the games have been blown out of proportion since:
A) A lot of those games need to be coded on multiple platforms, more so than in the past.
B) It’s the freaking launch of the console.
The fact that Killzone was able to hit 1080p, and 30-60 fps for a launch game is a testament to that and bodes well for the rest of the first party titles, i.e. God of War, Uncharted, inFamous, etc. And it’ll probably be the FPS I pick up this season since it looks like it’ll be the only one that actually has a decent single player campaign.
Haven’t been this excited for a console launch since the PS2 days.

Ya, for me, I haven’t been this stoked since N64. Killzone is a good choice for sure. Personally I think the campaign is the reason to buy a Killzone game more so than MP. It looks like a lot of effort has been put into the MP on this one though. Plus I believe the DLCs are free.
So jealous if those of you who are getting the console at launch.
I fear the ramifications on my last year of uni if I bought it :(.
Well Amazon is officially matching Targets buy 2 get 1 next gen game free deal in North America. I got my promotional code emailed to me today since i had already preordered 2 ps4 games.
Freaking awesome, now on or before 11/15 i will have my PS4, plus Killzone, NBA 2k14 and ACIV…my PS4 is going to keep me busy for quite a while
Well, I did exactly what I said I wasn’t going to do and bought COD: Ghost for PS4…At least it only cost me $45 (Through Gamefly).

I will inevitably get a COD game next gen, but it’s got to be one where there are actually some forms of improvement that justify it being on the PS4.

Ya, all my friends call me crazy, but the 360 is way worse when it comes to idiots, assholes, and kids on COD. MW2 & 3 weren’t bad on PS3, for me anyway. I fear the PS4, like you said, won’t be as chill.

There’s a deal still going on I believe where if you bought a copy of select titles on the 360 or PS3, you can upgrade to the next-gen versions for $10.
I know PSN is doing it, but if you bought your game from a brick-and-mortar retailer, you might want to check with them because not all of them are doing it.
