Currently replaying Killzone 3, forgot how good the Multiplayer was. More inclined to get shadow fall now.
Story is lame though.

After i beat GTAV (which was great, but ultimately did not live up to the insane hype) i started replaying killzone 2. I plan on doing 3 next so everythings fresh in my mind for shadow fall.
If the damn online would work I think GTA V still has a shot at the hype. As it stand it’s too much of a pain in the ass to get online and play. It’ll be nice to get that $500k though.
I can’t wait for Shawdow Fall, the graphics look sick and the gameplay looks improved.
Shadow Fall is my number 1 preorder and the game im most excited for. Its the only launch game for either console that truly fits the bill for “next-gen” if you ask me.
As far as GTA goes, i only have a few complaints that kept the single-player from living up to the hype;
Too much of the enormous map felt like filler, especially the grassy hills. They didnt even look nice, had they shared the same detail as RDR’s environment did, it would have been acceptable.
The characters were not affable enough. Yes they are supposed to be despicable, sociopath criminals, but you need to be able to sympathize at least slightly. Franklin had no redeeming values in my opinion, Trevor only got by on his craziness, and while at times i wanted to like Michael a lot, i just couldnt find myself rooting for him all that much.
The singleplayer was too short. I think GTAIV’s was longer, and that entire game is relatively small compared to V.
Too much of the singleplayer was built around being someone else’s bitch and not making any money til the end. Seriously, when the fuck was GTA ever about that?
Agree Shadow Fall is one of the few nex gen launch titles that 100% looks next gen. The only other game, which isn’t a launch title, that looks as good graphically is The Division, imo.
Also agree about the single player in GTA.
