If you try and tell me that the woman?s body is her own and the child does not have a right to be there, we have two things to reply; nature determines the location of the developing child and second, the woman took part in the activity known to create life. And finally, what is the exact moment when a person comes into existence?

There are cases that a woman may not have participated willingly. In my opinion that glob of goo gradually becomes a person . I believe at the time of viability does that child own his own life , before that it’s life is at the will of the mother

Do you even realize you just said you don’t believe in innate human rights? You are claiming being a living human should not guarantee you self ownership. That human rights should be based on the whims and ability of technology and society.
I also think that you need to look up what the word viable means. A normal embryo is viable at conception. If it weren’t then there would be no need for an abortion.
A complete, whole, living, human being is present at the moment of conception.

Not true , it may have all it’d chromosomes but it is not complete until it is completely developed
So, something like 20 years old then?
No I would say around 6 months in utero
So long long long long before fully developed then? make up your mind Pit. You aren’t even marginally biologically fully developed until reproductive abilities are there.
No science may tell you it is a human life at the point of conception but it never tells you when it is a person .

Human life can’t be anything other than a person dipshit. It isn’t a dog, tree rock or magic fairy dust.
Like I said, with the rest of your drivel, you’d have made a get asset to the slave owning community.
I’m done with you’re shit here. Carry on being this stupid and down right evil, it’s on you to sleep at night.
human life can be a sperm , if it is a human sperm and it is alive then it is a human life , person-hood is when a developed gob of goo takes form and has every characteristic of a functioning person , eats , sleeps , breaths

Are your retarded? Honest question. Do you have a developmental learning disability? We’ve been over this. A sperm is not a unique human being, an embryo is.
And no, “personhood” doesn’t fucking begin when politically convenient for you. It begins at conception.
@ beans I almost forgot to tell you you are a dumb fuck little girl , hope I did not hurt your feelings and personally I think you lack the intellect to discuss it with you adolescent rantings
Pitt in 1815: These here black people aren’t people. They aren’t white you see, so I can make them my slaves. (Even though I don’t know wtf a slave is, but I sure as shit know these black people aren’t in fact people.) PERSONHOOD!
Pitt in 2015: I know these babies aren’t people because I ignore science and logic, and like the fact they get sliced up and vacuumed out of womb. Means more weed for me.

But you do understand that it is scientific fact that a sperm is not a human life and an embryo is, right?

Coming from the dude who thinks a sperm is comparable to an embryo, that killing children is cool and thinks he gets to define “personhood” as when it’s politically convenient for him too…
lol. One of has less than an adolescent understanding of basic biology, and it certainly isn’t me.

In your opinion person-hood begins at conception . I on the other hand have a differing opinion . Get it ?
See your post says nothing person-hood is a relevant term and in your opinion person-hood begins at conception . I on the other hand have a differing opinion . Get it ?

No, personhood is bullshit made up by:
slavers
Nazi’s
&
Abortion Advocates
You know, people into genocide and hard eugenics.
In order to justify the fact they know they are killing innocent people.

but you did make the comparison to an embryo and a baby

No, I pointed out that science says an embryo is a baby human being, which makes it person, even though you’ll cling to it not being one because you’re either dumb as a box of rocks or evil…
Human life begins at conception. Any scientifically literate person will acknowledge this. I do not, however, believe that terminating a zygote is the same as terminating an embryo, an embryo the same as a nascent fetus, ect. Abortion is a tragic practice. I’m not sure that the ends don’t justify the means, however. To be sure, prevention is much more preferable. Use of contraceptives should be promoted and subsidized, at least in part.
Many embryos that result from conception - indeed, the majority of them - lack the capacity to become living human beings. Are those human embryos people, or not? Biology would suggest the latter.
The human brain should be the standard. After all, it is when brain function ceases that a person is declared clinically deceased. When a fetus has developed a brain that can support its basic biological functions, probably at around six months of life, it can be reasonably argued that personhood has begun. Abortions at this point should be illegal.

You can “hear” a babies heart beat around 6-8 weeks gestation. Shit I think by 8 it’s fully formed into chambers.
So, what makes that heart beat? Is it the mother’s brain?

Adults are only clinically dead (and removed from life support) when the potential for brain function in the future is down to 0. Although this is a more reasonable argument than most pro-abortion people, it still falls short. If an adult has no brain function right now, but will wake up and return to adult function over the next year, they aren’t dead.
