Well since I am working out of town it would be inappropriate to get someone who works for me to take the picture or some random stranger. You will have to wait till I get home to get the wife to take it. This picture of the wife was after her CF workout this morning, I pulled it off FB.

Usually I’m facing up trying to catch what breath I have left in my body, today we did wall walks, so I was already facing down, so I naturally just plopped my whole body down after the last one. Again, trying to catch the last breath in my body
