It’s probably peaked and is on the way to annoying now. Fun was had, a few people died doing it, now grandmas are planked across toilets to be part of the fad, etc.

Because the one’s that do it are teenagers who make it dangerous and stupid - planking from 7 storeys up, planking on top of a moving car, planking on a meat grinder, etc. Not one bit creative.
