That and get ready for the tough mudder that I run this Sat.

A co-worker of mine did that last year. She was finding mud a week later on her body.
Only thing that worries me is the electricity thing.

Most of my workouts are 5/3/1 2-3 days a week and then circuit the other 2-3 days a week. I end up making my own 90% of the time.
I did one last year, my suggestion would have been run, run, run. I found the obstacles extremely easy and even with running 55-60 miles/week my legs had some cramping issues. I did some circuit training type of stuff and found it to be a waste of time.

Well fuck me I run Sat and I do NOT run that much a week.

Im going to die. Maybe the electricity can be used as a defib/AED

I’d say it depends on how hard you are planning on pushing yourself. I went in with the intention of going fast and pushing myself. I finished the 12 mile course in 2:10. So just over 10 minute miles, which included obstacles, stopping to eat, helping others over obstacles and chit chatting on occasion. So yeah, we were booking it.

I’d say if your go in with just the mindset of having a good time, you’ll be fine. Just don’t go out too hard.

Oh the electricity. I got knocked out on one of the obstacles with electricity. I had a wire hit me in the face, the next thing I knew I was waking up with my face in the muddy water. Good times.

I would think cramping is more a dehydration issue than fatigue.

So…hot girls are bad now?

I had a Crossfit membership for 8 months at a location where you would think a lot of attractive women would be.

Not the case. At all.

Ever watch the crossfit games? There are some real beasts on there.

Here is a very recent workout from one of those skinny friend zoned guys. Except he isn’t and he has a hot wife.

Hope he doesn’t mind that I posted this, but I’m freakin impressed.
