Pitzer's Masculinist Coalition

Well, we were discussing similar stuff in other threads, and this was Dugg…

So I figured I’d post it. Anybody think he’ll get protests?

I don’t think anyone will make a big deal out of it, since he made it open to everyone, but the feminists will probably feel the need to address it in some way.

I remember this one commentator on NPR talking about the “Man Law” beer commercials, and she had to put her own little spin on it, like it was a reflection of how insecure men are, and how lost we are in the post modern world, etc. Those commercials were dumb, but her comments made her and her whole movement seem incredibly petty.

Apparently any time a man says anything positive about “Manhood” even if it’s just a stupid beer commercial they feel like they have to come in and explain what we are thinking to us, and make sure we don’t get carried away or anything.

The dykes will have a field day with that one.

They should get some MMA fighters to be guards. In case anyone comes to protest that this is discrimination (although it is open to everyone), they will get jumped by the guards. If it is a women, then women MMA fighters will be present.

These guys tried starting a similar club…it didn’t work out.

They posted a video of their first meeting. Apparently the feminists showed up to turn the whole thing into a semantics debate.

What are they getting so worked up about?

this is so awesome. i wish there was one at my school, i may have to make it.

feminists suck. i hate those cunts, little do they know if men really wanted to we could kick the shit out of them all and bring their whole movement down…but then again no one takes them seriously, theyre just very aggravating.

Well, the president of the “Masculinist Coalition” caved. They are now the “broalition.”

Pussies.

Those dudes have a serious “Bromance” brewing.

Around 7:30 in, the feminists come in and try to tell them that feminism includes men and that they should come and meet with the “feminist coalition” in the “girl house”…

Inclusive… right…

Oh shit. She just started on about how supporting men is automatically abusing and marginalizing all minorities.

She just uttered the words: “reaffirming structures of male power”.

I’m getting flashbacks to mandatory university sociology courses…

God damn it college feminists are stupid.

Take out the college part and you got it right.

Damn straight.

To anyone with half a brain, the very word “Feminism” indicates that they only give a damn about women’s issues, not gender equality.

Gender Egalitarianism, on the other hand, is a philosophy promoting equality for all human beings by the tearing-down of all gender-based differences in rights and privileges in all aspects of society.

Until all “Feminists” cast off their title and become Gender Egalitarians, there will be the necessity for a Masculist movement to bring attention to men’s issues and keep those irresponsible man-hating girls in check.

It’s interesting how, at the first meeting, the feminists made such a big deal about the name, and said that masculinism was associated with a horrible movement that wanted to roll back women’s rights.

I did a quick google search and of the top ten results, most of the sites I found pushed masculinism as a pro-equality, even pro-feminist movement that simply wanted to address a few issues that held men back. The other sites were feminist ideology sites that used masculinism as a dirty word for repressive male patriarchy, etc.

So apparently feminists have thier own dictionary, and any word with “male” or “masculine” as the root is evil, regardless of what that word means in practice.

That’s Feminism 101.

Anything to do with men and masculinity is automatically evil, destructive, and oppressive to all women everywhere.

They operate under the fundamental principle that many sociologists promote: the only way to empower a minority is to actively disempower the majority.

Which to anyone with half a brain is obviously bullshit.

According to FemiNaziism, the only way for women to be “equal” with men is to destroy all structures that empower men and replace them with structures that empower women in order to create what they call as “matri-focal society”, a fancy word for Matriarchy.

So… Matriarchy is good, but Patriarchy is evil.

What did you expect from a woman-only group, interested only in furthering feminine power? Logic and reason? Ha!

This is why the Chinese kill baby girls instead of boys, its not because the parents want their namesake to live on, its because they don’t want a possible feminist polluting the world with stupid.

Agreed. Problem is, the young men who are trying to start this group don’t realize this yet. Feminists, and most of the hard line leftists is they come at you with a group hug, not an attack. They start the conversation with the very inclusive we, as in “we think this is important, and we’re sure that you’re in solidarity with us because you’re such a great person, right?” Followed by the reproach, where they talk to you like a child, as in “you just don’t know, and if only you knew surely you would agree with us because you’re such a great person, right?”

That’s why the first meeting turned into a 60 minute argument. The guys just want to have a group where they can relax and be themselves, and don’t have to be so uptight and hypersensitive about everything, and the feminist coalition comes in and turns it into an argument about a name. Even though they changed the name, I can guarantee you that every meeting from now on there will be 2 feminists for every masculinist, and no matter what the guys are trying to talk about, the girls will try to make the meetings about “issues and awareness-es”. Eventually things get ugly until the group gets banned from campus.

Their only viable response is to tape their meetings, try to stay on course and not get offended by the disruptions, and wait it out till the feminists get bored and move on to something else. In the meantime the guys will have to bend a little and do silly shit like change the name.

They’ve actually refused to change it, and apologized for even considering changing the name.
