The article says it has a normal sized heart, though, and probably won’t live as long as normal. That’s why it’s better to be cut and with a bodybuilder’s physique instead of having insane muscles with no aesthetics like those fat powerlifters.

But seriously, quality of life is so underrated compared to quantity of life. People forget that when they attack bodybuilding, or just about anything.
It’s a natural genetic mutation that causes excessive/abnormal muscle growth. Google “Belgian Blue” to compare it to the Bovine equivalent which is bred in France and America for food (apparently pretty tasteless).
