Has anyone tried this new Pink Magic pill. And if so, is it legit? Also, I would love to hear some of your various supplement stacks that you have found to work really well. Thanks.

Thanks for that, Stu. I had been curious about Pink Magic as well, if only for its lofty claims.
My favorite pre-workout stack is beta alanine, L-arginine, and caffeine. You could get this by taking N.O.-Xplode or something like that, but I think it tastes terrible and is a waste of money. In my opinion, you’re better off just buying the supplements separately at a vitamin or health food store–cheaper that way, usually, and you can control exactly how much of each ingredient you’re getting. If I’m doing an arm workout, I might take ~2000 mg L-arginine; on leg day ~4000 mg.
Thanks MediumStrong, I have gone through a ton of the pre workout supplements and have found jack3d and 1.M.R. to do the most for me but I will definitely look into the individual vitamains. What do you do post workout?
Jack3d is a pretty good pre workout stim., for like the first couple of weeks, effects seem to diminish after that i get quite a bit of aniexty, feel great in the gym stronger, alert. Sleep becomes a chore, Powerfull is not bad ethier, i like usplabs products.
Post-workout I drink a whey protein shake (about 40-50 grams protein) with about 5-10 grams of glutamine and also try to get in a TON of carbs (I have a naturally high metalbolism, so need to pack in the carbs to grow muscle). I like to add a few scoops of waxy maize to my shake–it’s cheap and convenient. A plain bagel with honey or a few bananas works well, too.
I also take 1000 mg vitamin C. It shuts down cortisol, which shoots up if you train longer than about 45 minutes and can be muscle-wasting. It’s got anti-oxidant properties as well and is cheap.
I was thinking of trying out this product and I am glad that I didnt. Thanks for the link Stu. I am just going to stick to the basics.
