I went through it, tried everything even the Proactive, Prescriptions (Doc wouldn’t give Accutane) but it turned out that I was reacting to dairy products…I believe someone mentioned it above, but It is something to look into, I Increased my water intake cut down (No way Im giving up cheese)on the dairy and I cleared right up… Just to give you an idea of how bad it was I had dermabrasion done soon after that to get rid of the scaring, also I was in my teens so that probably didn’t help much!

Its is so good i wonder why there even are weaker treatments.
Pro-Active and drinking a lot of water and washing my face during the day helped me out. Wash your hair that may be a problem also what helps is use Head & Shoulders or dandruff shampoo it will take the dead skin cells, that clog pores and make pimples, off just like it takes dandruff, dead skin cells, off.
