Picking up girls at the gym. Yeeeahhhhhh

I didn’t waste my time reading this long-ass post because the answers said it all. Sometimes, I’m glad that only a small handful of women workout at my gym because I’d hate to see a bunch of fools trying to “make conversation” and get a hookup. But hey, whatever you do on your own time is your business. I go to the gym to train. I may say a few words in between sets, but since I use Renegade Training, my rest periods are short, so I don’t say much. I’m there to train. Plain and simple. Watch from afar, but stay away from me unless I ask you for a spot. I have no reason to mack anyway, as I have a beautiful girlfriend at home. But even if I didn’t have a girl, I wouldn’t mack at the gym.
