Somebody who thinks the NFL combine equates to bodybuilding prowess. No one cares what you f*cking weigh bro… You look good, better than a lot that post here, but no where near a level you can be cocky about
You made me money on youtube and that is all I care about.
And to be frank, at 22, benching 365 for 5, 425 for 1, I can deal especially when lifting is not even a priority of mine just something I do one the side.
I’m 20 and bench 485 and I’m not cocky!..oh wait…yes I am.
This was in another thread (the 18-inch arms one), and I just wanted to bring it up here in case this guy is actually a troll. Isn’t a 485 bench in troll territory, assisted or not?
I guess I’m just taken aback by how dickish the OP is to people frequently. I’ve never met anyone who was truly dedicated to something and put in the work that it would take to get to where he is that is also a dick about it. Maybe I’ve just been lucky in the people that I meet.[/quote
So you believe the guy I was quoting can bench 425 with half the muscle I have but don’t believe I can bench 485?]

OP, what size fitted hat do you wear?
It looks like you have a tiny head… That could factor in to how big you look, that and the fact that you’re really big lol. Just a theory
This is interesting because I have a relatively small head and I think I’d look smaller if I had a more largely proportional head.
Does it matter if give off the illusion of looking bigger because inherent structural composition? Isn’t bodybuilding or just plain wanting “to look big” about illusion anyway? I mean, if you can look like 240lbs at 230lbs, isn’t that a good thing?
For bodybuilding purposes, a small cranium is a blessing! In fact, it is rarely discussed when outlining the various physical attributes which contribute to good bodybuilding potential. A small head can make the corresponding landscape appear bigger. If a 180lbs man has a 23" cranium circumference and (impossibly) shrunk it to 21", his body would easily appear to be 10-15lbs heavier even though his muscle mass remained the same. The closest you can come to doing/creating this illusion is to buzz cut your hair if it happens to be long/bushy.
I would like to see the same picture of the same bodybuilder with his head shrunk in one picture.
Don’t know how proficient you are at drawing but “draw” a cartoon superhero or just muscular figure and give it a certain (large) head size. Then copy the identical headless physique and give it a smaller head. Ask random people which physique is bigger and they’ll (if they’re not blind) most likely pick the one with the smaller head, even though the physiques are identical.

I’ve noticed this, since getting out of the army and growing my hair out my head looks bigger and I look smaller. I’ll probably shave my head in the summer just to look bigger.

Small upper body? Hahahahahahahahaha, take a gander at my side chest…and imagine it even bigger since I took that pic 8 months ago. How much muscle do you think I built weight training for wrestling while having to stay within 10 pounds of the cut? Not much…you’re jelly bro.
I have at least a better IQ, better social skills, way more hair so the pretended bigger muscles do not impress me. Past 50 i guess i know that looks do not last and pics have no value.
Some do anything for $$$ / attention.
Merry Xmas ! ! !
OP, have you went into your training history at all? How you trained for wrestling, then how you changed it for BB’ing purposes. Are you naturally pretty lean, or have just tweaked your diet enough to keep you pretty lean? What’s your diet look like?
Not trying to bombard you with questions, so if I am just tell me to fuck off haha And if you’ve already written this stuff out somewhere, just point me there. Great progress though, you could definitely go far in this IMO.

not hating bro. u have good wheels but upper body is lacking to say the least.
I train with wrestlers, they develop a lot of muscle aside from being freakishly strong (especially lower body). Check Brock Lesnar at 16 doing nothing but wrestling and farm work. Also, I am pretty sure the wrestling teams do a decent amount of weightlifting too. So please don’t overstate your genetics by claiming you are a n00b. btw u should come clean about juicing, u will get more respect.

Not hating? You said “everything is of about this idiot”…lolzz but no worries. My wrestling team sucked pretty bad and we didn’t do much weight training, I may have gained a few pounds but it was negligable. I seriously have really good genetics. Not an overstatement at all.

DUDE
anyways, those legs are freakish. Your upper body looks really thick too, but it’s just hard to have everything in proportion if you look like Platz is your dad.
Are you going to start splitting up upper body? I think giving back/bis their own day in between chest/shoulders/tris and legs would be a good way to shift emphasis.

Thought I’d give you guysan update, took these in sepia because…well, it looks awesome!
Keep in mind my last update was taken close to a year ago, they were the only pics I had at the time, I posted them not realizing the progress I had made. So here I am all full of carbs.
This looks like a photoshop job. Can we get some more clear pictures or maybe a youtube video?
