Hi everyone, I have a hard time working out my physique and how I actually look. I feel like I’m fat heavy and I recently told my girlfriend I’m going on a diet and cutting but she insists I shouldn’t and don’t need to. I need honest opinions do I look fat and how can I better improve my physique? I’m 175cm, 80kg and 24 years old. Thank you

Diet is 3140 calories

Protein: 160g

Carbs: 393g

Fat:105g

According to BMI you are overweight, probably 25-30% bodyfat. From a strictly health perspective, you would benefit from losing fat and getting leaner.

Should I just lower my carb and fat intake a little then? Keep protein the same as I don’t feel like I would gain anything by increasing it from what it is atm. What do you think my maintenance would require calorie wise? I’ve tried few different websites but they all seem a little high tbh

They’re simply estimates. Use them as starting points and work from there. Pick a number, eat that many calories, and see what the outcome is. If you gain: eat less. If you maintain, that’s your maintenance.

How do I workout the difference from fat to muscle gain?

If you are REDUCING your calories, you shouldn’t be seeing much of either

You’re not heavy, 5’9 175lbs. You just have a Dad bod at 24. Time to lighten up the alcohol or sweets, one or the other is clearly your poisen. Good news… you’re looking like every other dude these days, your GF still loves you and the tats are helping mask the belly fat. What are you really eating and what’s your training like?

Can’t make out allot of details because of the tats.

Best I can tell, shave your armpits and get some plastic surgery for the squiggly lines on the face, and you will be fine.
