Soz hatur, knee sleeves add at least 100kg to my bench. What do?

I’m weighing around 82kg/180lbs (albeit it reasonably soft). Don’t even take creatine so am completely natty.

Back on the FS gain train.
If you had to take sleeves, wraps, shoes and belt off, while pausing I’m pretty sure you couldn’t even bench 2 plates though.

What about your whey cycle then? Are you just gonna forget about that and claim to be a natty?

Front squatting felt like death. My lower back was aching come into the gym today so I was having to grind them out from the first set even though I know I have this weight for 8+reps on a good day. Getting through 10 sets sucked ass, took about an hour to get through them. Tried some RDLs but they felt worse so called them quits early.
