I mentioned the same. It seems to have been disregarded. OP needs to give it about 6 weeks minimum for first true “assessment” update. I find the same elation with TRT guys at first, they take one jab and are over the moon. It just goes to show the mind is a powerful thing.

@PhilaSCS regardless of placebo or whatever, I’m still glad to see it’s going well. Don’t be discouraged to post about it, just trying to clarify what true assessments time frames are going to look like.

Hey,
I didnt disregard your input. I accepted and asked you to expand three days ago. I’ve also posted about waiting out the transition period, honeymooning, placebo etc… at the end of the day it’s a journal. I’m just writing about my experiences as I have them.

Regarding expectations or doing one shot and being over the moon. Dont quite get it. Been on trt for 7 years. If early-on changes or feelings aren’t relevant to someone else, I get it. No reason not to enjoy or describe them if they line up with expectation.

My experiences with people on the internet probably are similar to yours. Just letting you know Im here to learn, not dismiss. I won’t post much outside my journal and I’m glad you’re reading it!

Last night felt some of the difficulty reaching orgasm. Was frustrating. However, I was able to just relax and restart three or four times without giving up and the unit complied. It felt again like the plateaus took longer to reach, but were more reliable, and the process just didnt hop into climax as fast. In the end I was in my head about it, but my body didn’t freeze-quit because of that, so I just “appeared” to have a lot of stamina. Refractory was also longer, more convincing. Sleepy satisfied “that was enough, I’m good” type feeling.

You may want to consider supplementing B6 or P5P to help with this. It’s often a result of elevated prolactin.

B6 is fine to use up to 500mg/day, but I’d start lower.
P5P I believe is 100mg/day.

P5P is shown to be more effective than B6 in this regard.

Interesting! I take an activated b complex with these in them, including methylfolate, which absolutely improves any other supplementation or area of life, likely related to ++ c677t.

Still following. Thanks for the updates. Really interested in this. My experiences with Nandrolone are very similar to yours. I definitely look like I’m on 250 Test, 10x better on it (if I keep diet clean). My bedroom performance pretty much lines up with yours, as well. On NPP, I’m able to just keep going until my wife taps out, then I can finish. This is actually my favorite benefit of Nandrolone.

Downsides of NPP for me are decrease in powerlifting performance and the mental sides. These two hit me really hard and are why I have a love/hate relationship with nandrolone. It takes 10% off my lifts. I can’t explain it. It’s not all in my head, I assure you. I’ve done meet prep with it and without it, several times, and the difference is about 10% off my lifts. So I’ve learned no NPP two weeks before meet. The mental sides just suck. P5P doesn’t help me either. It works for some, not me. I get insecure, anxious, combative, and worry about stupid shit. Pretty much the opposite of when I’m on test only.

I’m very interested in your journey and hope you will continue to post. I have been reading alot about the Nandrolone/Deca solo or with a little bit of test for a long time but only now got all the required products delivered so probably will give it a go early next year without rushing anything. From reading Taeian Clarks FB group posts and other anecdotal feedbacks on other mens forums it seems like a very interesting idea to try as usually men find themselves more cool, calm and collected then on a purely Test based protocol.

I assume while these sides happened to you, you was running Nandrolone on Test base? And if so what dose was you on? From what I’ve read in Taeian Clarks FB group, folks usually get these sides from too much test. I’m also very interested to give it a try in place of my TRT and just pin a little bit of test for the E2 and DHT.

I think ultimately I will be mixing the nandrolone with something, but since some of my goals are long term I’m interested to see if nandrolone (or another substance; I’m open to guidance and referral) could provide a better “suited” base for my body than test cyp seemed to.

Currently I only have medical access to:

Testosterone
Oxandrolone
Nandrolone
Some Peptides (kisspeptin et al)
Gonadorelin Acetate

1st half-life:

I’d estimate I have 10-20mg of test cyp in my system now, max. I expect adjustments to start becoming more tangible over the next two, four, and eight weeks. Nandrolone has had a half-life’s time to get absorbed and excreted.

Body composition: slightly different. I appear same weight but with sharper face and shape to abdominals. Subq fat feels softer but that could be a bit more skin from losing about 30lbs.

Recovery: good. I work 12 shifts carrying at least 40lbs for at least 8 of those hours, lots of lifting and bending and twisting. I feel wrecked after my work, but fine by the next day.

Mood: flatter. I am just as irritable, but thats a lot of personality based on interpreting behavior. Mood reaction to feeling spiked is flatter, more long-term outcome focused. Perhaps a bit harder to “get up and kick ass today” but ass ends up kicked.

Sexuality: no more changes.

Familiar T-withdrawal symptoms: still none.

Miscellaneous: more and more intense cravings for sugar, appetite is up substantially, joints are still much improved, sleep is still better.

Background on my perspective: I’m transhumanist. I believe all technologies and substances are the same to the human experience as writing and eating. This likely means I have different expectations or cares when it comes to what is “optimal” or “within range” or “bio-identical.” I dont disrespect the science, I just don’t care for me. I didn’t have an “in-range” hormonal experience from a young age, had a sporting career despite it, felt shit the whole time. If something works and is sustainable in my body only, I don’t care if it’s called Bananabol and I end up running 400mg/wk injecting into my eyelid. It just has to let me do the things that make me happy and give me a reasonable shot at health. But I had neither before, and I don’t believe in “authenticity” outside of behavior.

Nah man, it’s all good. Your responses are well thought out it’s just that the PWI forum tends to bring out emotions in people. I don’t like the section per se, but get drawn into the discussions just the same. I prefer fact driven discussion but sometimes PWI makes me ponder others views and offers perspective change.

I’m actually east coast / FL based but I have been experiencing different sleeping patterns lately. I’m often in bed by 10pm but still up at 3:30-4:00am est. I was sleeping much longer until recently, but don’t feel tired all the same. It’s something I’m working on figuring out.

Nandrolone update: I probably wouldn’t have made that post two weeks ago. :joy: But if I had, I would definitely have come across as angry, even more condescending, absolutist, and been much more obsessively worried about replies after. I feel like I’m becoming more calm and willing to be publicly called out to take my shots. Appreciating it, and hoping I’m not Placebo Warrior ‘23 by day 50ish.

Anything different happen when the sleep change occurred?

I don’t want to hijack your thread but yeah I know why this is occurring just not why it’s continuing. I had a medical marijuana card for PTSD symptoms. The problem is that I was taking too much. I took it in edible form. I found that I was being affected during the day, even though I only took it at night. I also found that I was sleeping 9+ hours and still feeling tired. Lastly, it caused me to over eat.

About two months ago, I quit and was easily able to clean up my diet as well. After about a week post cessation, my sleeping change drastically. This is pretty normal for withdraw from heavy use. However, it’s not supposed to last as long as this has. I’m starting to think it’s just possibly my age, as I have had that medical card for a long time. My father does not sleep very well either and his sleeping issues started in the middle age too.

I’ve used weed for sleep daily for about 8 years. I quit drinking this year though and am starting to think about being more than “cali-sober.” Im just honestly terrified of insomnia. I embarrass myself without sleep.

Psych: The difference in mentality is starting to become more tangible. All of my impulsivity is routing itself through food and sugar and I’m struggling not to buy and eat an entire bag of fun size chocolates. I quit drinking this year but suddenly I find myself pouring a soda at the bar and not realizing it. I havent drank soda in 18 years until now :confused:

Body: Same as initial adjustment. Believe itll be a slow “recomp” between the two fortnighty esters. I’m getting slightly thicker for sure after dropping thirty pounds in three months and riding on 58mg test for the time before nandrolone. Probably just as many adjustments from outgoing test as incoming deca until this point.

Sex: Less natural awareness or attention paid to desire, UNTIL activity and stimulation begin. Then, desire is more consistent, erection is more reliable, orgasm is more intense. This particular trend is actually becoming more distinct and more tangible. If science is NOT real, I think the experiment is worth it just for two weeks of placeboners.

It’s amazing how many people identify with a lifestyle of bare rugged honesty but exhibit nothing but dancing, defense, and ad hominem cynicism when even a worthless and valueless entitlement that privileges them is questioned. Like, the number of people saying “i/he/they arent racist because…” is becoming directly correlated to the number from the same sample who do not know the definitions of freedom, agency, racism, and prejudice, and the distinctions between them. Would love input on:

*individual experiences with long-term cannabis use and any felt-effects attributed to its impact on estrogen levels or any receptor physiology

*sources for alternative meds should nandrolone be a less than ideal base (this might be a touchy appeal, so if its against rules I didnt mean it)

*rituals/supplements/aas that have improved your ability to handle long (8-14hr) labor shifts

*non-cannabis sleep aids
