Killer workouts. Actually got me a swiss ball for Christmas and have been using it for crunches and twists. I do some real slow throwing with my eyes closed every couple of workouts. Helps with establishing the muscle memory of the technique. On you plyos, how high are they and how low are you going on the transverse, i.e. butt almost to ground? I’m starting to feel sorry for the teams you’ll be playing against.

Thanks Chief, I will measure it next time I go for the height. On the transverse I’m really trying to strengthen the ankles I drop about to an 90* degree. But I try and stay on my toes the whole time. I want to work on stability and balance so I can’t get pushed over…LOL
