Anecdotal and rare in reality unfortunately. It’s like the unicorn of experiences.
And most pleasurable IME.

Now, how do I get the hot trainer in booty shorts to come around to the idea that people are a far better loading option for glute bridges than barbells are?
If I had a dollar for every time a guy pulled out that line while I was doing those…
and, uh…did you oblige them?
Asking for a friend
Shame on you. Only one
Well… Jenn’s fitness center has only had one patron so far for 2021 , but I guess some of my pet peeves are …
When I see a new spider web even though I just cleaned that shit up
When I don’t put away my weights and then I trip on them the next workout
Continually tripping over and having no place for my heavy, awkward safety squat bar , and then banging it on everything making loud noises when my kids asleep trying to move it…
Hey @Spock81 ! Glad to see you’re still here!
I feel shamed now.
Are we starting some dominatrix type relationship here?
Yes, like “Antichrist” style
I am oddly aroused…
You bring the scissors, I’ll bring the 2x4
Long corner brackets like this are under $6 for 2 at Home depot:
I’d get bigger screws than what comes with these but this is enough to safely hold a SSB on a wall (assuming you drill into a stud)
If you are willing to spend more than you can get something a bit nicer (like ones that hold ladders or bikes up or an actual gun rack)
Just had another peeve happen yesterday. At this gym it seems that Saturday is a big leg day and they only have 4 squat racks. So a guy is training with a girl. The problem is that they are doing the same weight maxing out at 135lbs but occupying 2 squat racks! Really! Why cant they use the same rack to open up a rack for someone else?
Chains and binders?
