Persistent High Estrogen

I realise that now :joy: I was very careless starting blind the way I did and at the same time I kind of thought I was doing the right thing following the label (most of the time) and speaking to two endocrinologists :man_shrugging: Shame I found this forum late in the day but fingers crossed it’ll work out now :crossed_fingers:

Both arimidex and anastrazole can crash my e2 within a few hours brother.

I can’t use even 1/4 tab of either on dbol and 750 test so I just have a fucked up body I reckon

Hmm OK what is your point? You can tolerate a high level of E2 and I can’t. You are super sensitive to AI and I am not. Everyone is different. That saying is all over this forum.

You said AI can’t work that fast. I said that’s not true.

Got blood test to post to prove this or is it just a feeling?

You are right. E2 has a short half life of only a few hours. If you block the Aromatase enzymes fully, E2 will be at zero in under a day.

Not currently. I have bloodwork from years which showed crashed e2 and noted the very distinct feelings it causes(unmistakable with any other feeling I’ve ever had) and the same feeling happens when I take any AI dosage or mast…so yeah about 101% sure it’s that same feeling

Can you describe the feeling? Because right now I’m either crashed or high. I think maybe crashed but if I’m honest it doesn’t feel much different from high.

For me low is a constant fatigue and lethargy, absolutely no motivation. Yet I can’t sleep very well. My mood is basically focused on doom, I feel like nothing is going to work out and life is not worth living. I’ve never gotten suicidal though. I have to piss every 30 mins, I get constipated, I have pain in my elbows/shoulders that almost feel like I injured them. And my overall anxiety is 11/10…meaning literally nothing except crashed e2 has ever made it that bad lol.

I actually have estradiol Valerate (oral estrogen) for in case I ever crash my e2. It fixes me up in about and hour and also helps raise SHBG levels if crashed

For me high has a few similar effects without the depression and doom feeling. I feel a little moody and a heightened since of emotions but it’s not even close to me. No joint pain, etc

I haven’t read all the thread but why do you think you’re crashed? What dosages of all stuff have you been using and how often?

Some of that sounds familiar. Especially constipation :grimacing: 6 days!!! Although I think my mood is more unstable when I have high E2. I’ve had 3/4 anastrozole in the last week so I’m just figuring what I’m feeling can’t be high E2. I have a whole bunch of other symptoms though that are the same no matter how high or low my E2 or even my T are: water retention, testicular atrophy, no libido, no erections, and the general feeling that my entire groin has been anaesthetised. I did think I was hypogonadal, but I saw an endocrinologist after my last PCT and he said my hormones were normal. Right now I’m taking 1/4 250mg ampoule of Test E every four days.

You need bloodwork to nail this down.

Few issues that might be involved:
Dhea/pregnenolone
Shbg

You could try hcg but first I think you need to stop ALL AI for 3 weeks and then measure your e2.

That will let you know if you need to even touch an AI.
You are not on high test, under 150mg of test a week I do not think many people have the need for an AI

This is normal while taking exogenous test.

Yeah, I know. But this is painful and also - when I cum there’s literally nothing - completely dry like my balls are empty. I don’t know what is causing that.

For some people it is, @hrdlvn for example experiences this as he described previously

So proviron/mesterolone did not help?
I would look at sensitive E2 (SENSITIVE!!!), and prolactin.
And your reaction to anastrozole was normal, happened to me too - sweating etc, went away after a day or two.

Something seems off.

Unfortunately, no, the mesterolone didn’t work. I’m searching for sensitive E2 tests now. Something is definitely, definitely off.

300IU of HCG 3 times a week or 400IU’s twice a week have both stopped my pain and reduced the atrophy. I am told it helps with PCT as well.

Yes, I might do that. It’s pretty bad. No ejaculate though is… traumatising!! Makes you feel like there’s real physical damage.

The scary thing is you may having something going wrong down there and it is just pure coincidence you are messing with T injections. So that is where the blame is going.

Yes. And it started when I messed around with deca back in march 2020. I injected 100mg and then all this started. It’s been going on more or less that long although the first two weeks back on T after a PCT have been fine. Normal ejaculate and libido. Then it spirals. What I’m certain of is I’ve done this to myself, what I don’t know is how to undo the damage. From a purely hormonal perspective, two endos have said that side of things is normal. What next? Urologist?
