Figured out that if I kinda squeeze the bar into my body at the top, like I’m trying to curl it, it makes the set a little easier on my back.

Thanks. Good to know people get something out of reading what must be the least varied and most boring log around, haha. The sawhorses are really great, before that I was doing hack squats, and doing those every week and deadlifts every week kind of forces you to take it easy on at least one of those. Now I can do front squats twice a week and deadlifts once, or as I’ve been doing lately Zerchers, front squats, and deads. That really makes a difference, I think.
