Only one set of pullups, to take it easy on that elbow - higher-rep pulling seems to aggravate it more than anything else. Also stopped putting foam pipe insulation around the bar on the Zerchers, which I thought would make them easier and a bit less painful, but apparently it makes no difference and I’m just fine without it.

No pullups, to let my left elbow keep healing. And wore a shortsleeved shirt for the Zerchers for the first time - didn’t hurt, though we’ll see how scraped the skin looks tomorrow. Maybe it didn’t hurt only cause I lift in an unheated room and the bar’s pretty cold so it made the skin numb, ha.

I’m starting to think that if I train higher-rep deads, I will be able to deadlift 200 kilos for 10 reps in a few months’ time.

Went back to using foam around the bar on the Zerchers after the first set, cause the scrapes on my inner elbows are starting to look pretty bad and bloody. No real benefit in making them worse. Depth on the third set was still mostly pretty lousy.
