I hit the gym (with a workout partner) 5x week around 7am, without fail. I’m usually up around 6am and down a shot of GPC (as prescribed) and start to sip on the anaconda 2 drink by around 6:30am…and continue during the workout and finish it about 15 mins after the workout.
Question: Given that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, would it be ideal to eat breakfast as soon as I got up (few omega 3 eggs, some oats, etc) or wait until 30 mins post-workout and let the anaconda 2 drink serve as a “wakeup meal”?
Just trying to fine tune the peri/post workout window and get the most out of my workouts/nutrition.
