Was looking through some old threads and saw @mertdawg recommend it, waiting for it to be delivered. Has anyone read it?
Read some bits with greater interest than others but yes, I recall being flummoxed that it’s quite rife with supplement recommendations (no brand names) but I chalked that up to its aspiration of perfection.
Other than that, I think a lot of nutrition interested T-nation readers would find that it agrees with a lot they’ve already read.
It’s worth pointing out that it’s not directed at “us”. It recommends one day of strength-training per week.
