This was just this morning. This guy comes in and does 2 plates on the stack on the lat pulldown, so i get the camera to catch the next set… I think he has 4 or 5 plates on it.
The real reason I taped him was he’s about 250lbs, built like a powerlifter…and he’s wearing a BodyBuilding.com matching T shirt and shorts.

I have the video here of him doing T-bar rows with 15lbs, then moving up to 25 lbs. He’s just too damned big to be this useless.
And that wasn’t it for this morning, another guy hanging upside-down on the Smith machine coming up later, after the video loads.[/quote]
Well of course he’s the only one that knows the whole story, but to be as big as he is, and using so little weight, it makes me wonder if maybe he’s not coming off an injury or something that prevents him from doing anything too strenuous?

No, unless most every guy in my gym is coming off an injury. You really have to come here to believe it. That’s why I made the vids.
I’ve seen a guy do 7.5 lb DB bench press while wearing gloves and a belt. I’ve seen guys spot each other on the horizontal Hammer bench by straddling the guy who was lying down. I’ve seen a guy put that pad that some use on the bar when squatting for when they do bench press…Lord knows why.
For the best example: No one does squat rack curls here…y’know why?..you need to be curling at least 45lbs right? Not here…I’ve seen guys spotting each other quite a lot while they curl the 20lb fixed barbell!
