Honestly it wasn’t, haha. But the cake and training helped. Didn’t even have a drink and had to get up super early for today’s exam. At least that went well.
But it’s not like the past few years. I think if I would have had less stressful circumstances I probably would have been fine. I’m struggling less with anniversaries than I used to. At least I think. Let’s wait for Christmas, haha.

Second try I had a lot less pop to the lockout and it was harder than the initial top set but I just knew I had this in the bag.

Pat on me own shoulder. 10 h studying. Feeling like crap and beaten down. For better or worse - one more week of this. Still did something and pressed a huge weight nonetheless.

Next program has box squats at the beginning and I thought about using the ssb for all squats to not interfere with my shoulder work. It’s a lit harder than straight bar anyway for me. So probably good to do.

Yeah that was it. Another late workout. I really have to keep saying ro myself that a little is better than nothing at all!
This week is kind of a deload of sorts with the exemption of this regular day. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday are the finals of my final exams - the oral tests. Friday is the award ceremony and the big ball in the evening. So I won’t be able to train this weekend and am generally fucking depleted after these 5 weeks of constant exams. So I’m just gonna do like 2-3 light sessions and then continue on next week.
Right rear delt is a bit wonky. Didn’t interfere too much though and should be good after deloading a bit.
