Thank you for the kind words mate! I did take no offense at all at sour original take and I certainly can use a kick up my butt every now and again!
I feel like I have a hard time accepting that I will be weaker… Smaller as well of course. It feels like I might give up a piece that I have worked very hard on to build up.
I 100% understand this and not sure I have any good advice. For me the way I would try to get round this would be to work on some new strength endurance goals that supported my leaning out. That way my top end strength may be a little down but I can still feel strong and capable. (still going to remember when I was strong though )
I lost virtually no strength dropping 14 or so kg during the t-ransformation, I have a bum shoulder now but I really don’t think you’ll see a ton of drop off, at least in the initial phase.

118,8 kg (-4 kg since starting this cut) @simo74 you’re right, this is a very quick process so far. I think the biggest game changer ist a) not training for anything crazy right now (body doesn’t need the amount of fuel) and being on sick leave this week (more control).
Had a bit of a refeed yesterday and today.
Feeling really shitty today. Either stress related or coming down with a sickness or something. So chose not to train today.
Back to 119,6 kg after two days of refeeding. That’s totally okay. I feel much better today and I think it was a good call to rest yesterday. Why stress about the schedule even at this point?

Because I have a date later and felt super weak and off, I just stopped here and opted for rest instead.
