@TX_iron I’m quite lucky in that department. Neither the shoulders nor the knees are a concern, even if I’m pressing 4 times a week. If something starts to be an issue it’s my ever damaged left quad/hip flexor which never fully recovered for some reason or more noticeably the elbows.
@strongmanvinny2 @anna_5588 I actually also deal quite well with fats. If they’re too high and also poor fat choices, I will feel a little off eventually but I’ll have to push it for that.

I pulled 235 kg March 2021 and when I started this training block I wasn’t even on that level. So I’m happy with the PR, even though it’s comparatively speaking still a pretty weak pull. That’s something I should probably work on - comparing myself less.

- I have had a weird week.Physically I am still drained from maxing out last week. Mentally I have tanked as well and I’m just not sure why. I hope the weekend will help to calm me down and sort out what s happening.
