I was supposed to do one top set and 2 x 10 @ 70 kg. I could swear I reduced the weight but noticed halfway through the third set that I infact haven’t. I might be too stupid to lift weights.

- had to lift very late which messes with caffeine and food intake. It is what it is

I felt fucking strong today! Going into this upcoming peak with a lot of confidence and motivation.
Back is a-okay again, which is encouraging as well.
Also diet is still working great and my training does not feel affected.

@simo74 well I thought that would make pull ups harder, haha. On a more serious note: I LOVE the approach this program takes on the weighted bodyweight stuff! Definitely forced me to abide some preconceived notions about what I can and should do.

Log title change:
People who have been following for some time now know that the last title originated from the last time I was suicidal and (obviously) turned the ship around on that one. Life is no constant rose garden but I’ve put enough space between who I was at that point in time and who I am right now to justify the change.
There’s no guarantee that I’m not gonna end up back there. Wether I will or not, this is one of those experiences that formed me.
I’d like to never have experienced anything like that but at the same time I probably wouldn’t be the man I am today if it wasn’t for the hardship I experienced (through this experience and others).
This made me smile! I like the new title.

Holidays are over. 4 hours sleep or a little less and a 10 hour day before this Session. Also because of a scheduling issue I’ll have to train 4 days in a row this week. And I’m still fucking unstoppable!!

Also I had to pick up and hold a preemie for the first time today. I braced harder than I would for a 200 kg squat and if I was the one attached to a heart monitor, I’m sure someone would have come running with a defibrillator.
Nah but I’m not good with kids and have no real connection there, so a lot of things surrounding handling them is quite terrifying for me. Unfortunately this isn’t optional.
