5 bulgarian split squat
3 x 12 each @ 20 kg dumbbells
Bring on THE PAIN! God that was awful.
Notes:
decent effort today.
I’m going to fuel better, prepare better and make every rep count going forward!
I did some thinking and decided the deadlift goal is more important to me right now. I talked to Paul and we extended the deadlift peak from the originally planned 6 to now 10 weeks.
Go big or go home, eh? 1.2 kg of ground beef, 1 kg uncooked rice, 4 pieces of salmon (one dish already eaten) and carrots. Should last a few days into the week.
Couldn’t go home after work today because they found a bomb 300 meters from my house. I got essentials (food, tooth brush, beer) and am now prepared to stay with my training partner (highest chance he’ll have clothes that fit me. Gym is also withing evacuation radius so we’ll see about training tomorrow.
Honestly, everytime I read or hear about the scale of the wars, especially the Eastern front, I just get blown away. It’s so far beyond anything I can imagine.
This city was heavily attacked. Estimates say that we are still living on at least 80 undetected bombs, so authorities are prepared to deal with it.
They had to detonate 2 big war heads a few months ago, so it isn’t something you never hear of around here.
Two completely different federal states actually. That’s very confusing in English and so most people think that lower Saxony refers to the south of Saxony.
Evacuations are rolling. Unfortunately two hospitals and most of the inner city has to be evacuated. So that’s a big effort. I’m curious to see what work (biggest hospital around) will look like tomorrow.
Still getting back into the technique for this. It sucked today because of technique and probably bench/ deads but I expect this to get better quickly and am not too worried.
3 bent over row
3 x 8 @ 85 kg
4 cyclist squats
3 x 15 @ 65 kg
5 hanging leg raises
4 x 8 @ 2,5 kg
Could have hit one more pretty sure on deads. 2 maybe.
