Could be caused by very very intense training + unusually high protein, but 250% is quite high
marker of red blood cell breakdown- usually a liver marker, but could also be caused by very very hard training.
I never had this elevated though

be sure to explain to him your lifestyle choices or it could get very messy
122,1 kg this morning.
Hand is in some decently serious pain. I actually popped an ibuprofen pre training, which I never do. Lifting seemed to be okay up to this point probably slowing down the healing process but not making it worse. With the wrist wrap on it’s manageable. Tennis on the other hand aggrevates the fuck out of it though. Had some trouble gripping stuff or applying any kind of pressure all day (not due to loss of function but it hurt alright).
On the up side: My back is finally recovered and doesn’t hurt anymore. Probably fixed by deadlifts, not even kidding.
Beltless on anything

5 behind the neck press (strict)

I was honest about from the start! I can see some alcohol free periods to push the diet progress but I’m not giving up drinking.
Sorry, I was commenting in jest
I know, no apology needed ![]()
28.09.
Diet check-in:
Weight as of this morning - 121,0 kg
Belly - 113 cm (-2 cm)
arms (flexed) - 45,5 cm (+/- 0)
chest - 118 cm (+1 cm)
legs: - 79 cm (+/- 0)
Weekly average weight: 122,33 kg out of 6 results.
That is a loss of 1,6 kg to the start and 3 kg to what I would describe as my average weight (I weighed in a little low at the start of my diet).
So far I would say this diet thing is going pretty good, no?
This week will only feature 3 workouts as bespoke with my coach. It’s going to be an incredible hectic week with moving, introductions at university, student introduction (3 days of day drinking pretty much) and so on an forth. Diet will probably suffer towards the end of the week but we’ll see what I can do.
Also: Bench pressed once, gained 1 cm on the chest, haha. Quality bodybuilding.
Nice work on the weight loss big fella.
Thanks man. Let’s see if we can get to sub 120 before the weekend. Although that’s by no stretch a necessaty
As long as I plan and time my meals correctly it really ain’t bad so far. Hunger is only a problem if I mess something up.
Hunger can be easily ignored just drink more tea.
Adjusted slightly for accuracy.
Gimme a few years to bulk up and ima meet u in the middle.
Months, not years. Gotta be more agressive, believe and also ignore your blood pressure.
I like a challenge. Would have to pound KFC 4 times a day to stand a chance. Chug protein shakes in between.
You know the Simpsons episode in which Homer bulks up to become legally handicapped? Use those guidelines.
I think this needs to be adjusted for the non-British audience
Maybe but there are many other countries in the world that drink tea. Maybe in those countries tea is not the answer to everything but they do drink it. ![]()
Yeah, but do they serve it in Sports Direct mugs with milk?
