Peptides for Low-Experienced User

I've been contemplating my first 'real' cycle for a few months now, and was planning on the following:

10-12 weeks Test E 250mg 2x/wk
Nolva and A-dex on hand
taper off, possibly use the nolva as well

This would be done this fall, in training for a PL comp in November. I would like to be about 210 and cut weight to make 198. I usually don’t cut at all and weigh in at 190-195.

Of course, this would make me an official juicer (lol), and nobody does just one cycle, so my mind has already started thinking about next year. I’ve been thinking something like the following for the purposes of clean bulk:

~14 weeks Test E and EQ 300 mg each
first four weeks d-bol(start with 30 mg, adjust from there)
last four weeks t-bol(same)

That is until a friend started using IGF recently. His results (the first few weeks anyway) were fairly startling, to say the least. Despite his bodyweight going down slightly due to diet, his arms increased 1.25 inches, and it showed! He says it’s a similar story with his legs.

So here’s my Q:

It seems as though peptides are reserved for advanced users only, but I asked him if he thought it would be a bad idea to use it in my second cycle and he said there’s no reason I couldn’t use it in my first. I want to keep my first cycle as is, but I’m really thinking about using IGF in place of the d-bol and t-bol next year.

So, what do the vets think?

(Sorry if this went a little long, I wanted to make this as clear as I could.)

Well, you also have to lump GH and slin into the peptide group. Those are generally held as advanced user options. IGF-1 isn’t, as far as I’m aware. I would believe the main reason someone would hold off on that is the price (it’s expensive!!!)

I’d say you could throw in the IGF in any of the cycles you posted as an addition, not as a substitute. Those cycles look good btw.

Slin I can understand. It’s just too dangerous. GH and IGF-1 aren’t exactly 'safe,'but they’re not in the same ballpark as slin.

IGF isn’t terribly bad. I’ve seen it for $75-120 for 1000 mcg. That would last about 5 weeks, I think. 20 dollars a week isn’t bad. GH is another story.

I could add it to the first one, but I’d rather not. I just want to do test to see how I react and to get my feet wet.

The second cycle, I’d rather substitute it. 3 different steroids is kind of the upper limit, I think. I’d rather keep it to two, and have the IGF working through different pathways. The less drugs the better, IMO. I’m just considering gains vs. side effects. Also recovery.

Thanks.

Here’s something else I’ve been thinking about: If growth from testosterone, (or any steroid, for that matter,) is primarily through hypertrophy, and IGF substantially increases hyperplasia, wouldn’t you want to use it as early as possible?

I.E.- since IGF results in a more ‘permanent’ gain, it only makes sense, (to me, anyway,) that it would make for a more productive future.

No? Anybody?

60mcgs - 120mcgs daily is the standard amount for IGF-1. It is expensive.

And I agree about the first cycle being a 1 AAS compound experience. If you created a circus your first run you wouldn’t know how the hell your body was reacting to each individual chem.

I’ve got to admit ignorance on that. All I know about dosages is what I’ve gotten from my friend there and he always responds well to low dosages. He actually started out with just 40mcg 3x/wk, and has now worked his way up to 50 mcg 7x/wk.

Yeah, I definitely don’t want a circus. I’m gonna stick with the KISS principal on this one. lol.

BTW man, thanks for your input so far. Does anyone else have an opinion? Besides cost, I’d like to hear some good reasons why I SHOULDN’T do it.

You shouldn’t do it on your first cycle because it would be way cooler to see how you react to just the test and what it can do for you. Get a real understanding of going on and coming off just that. Feelings, side effects, etc.

i have wondered this for a long time. if you have more available muscle fibers to grow it seems tha it would make aas use more affective.
