People in This Country are in Awful Shape

girls with muscles. girls can’t get big muscles, end of story. unless they do steroids. they do not have the correct hormone balance. listen, i was 5’7 130lbs when i graduated high school, and im a dude. no way should a girl be over that. we have just come to accept over weight girls as “normal” when in reality, they aren’t. girls will argue and even some dudes that have more estrogen than test in their blood. women love to argue and say what about height and this or that. unless your 6 feet, you shouldn’t be over 140lbs max.
Though i can’t speak from fact, i can only go by what has been written about her. it has been written she was extremely beautiful on the tall side for a girl and thin. we know she was thin, cause of this dress she wore, it is in a muesuem(spelling) in Hungary, and lets just say, she wasn’t over a size 2-4. she was thin.

first, Im a guy, the standards are different. as far as me being fat or chunky, when was the last time you saw a chest and shoulders like mine on a fat guy??? i doubt ever. so please. saying im fat, cause im talking about fat girls isn’t a good way to counter my belief. fat guys do not have an 18 inch difference between chest and waist, do they, maam???

and no, women shouldn’t weigh what men weigh. do you live on planet earth. biologically, men are bigger than women. this isn’t my opinion, its fact. its just we live in a country where there are so many girls that are just plain fat. so they like to defend themselves by looking around and saying, Im average weight. but if average itself is grossly obese, then what good is being average.
Chest and shoulders like yours on a fat guy? Well, when I look at your avatar, I see chest and shoulders EXACTLY like yours on a fat guy, as well as every time I see a 20-30% bodyfat (perpetually) “off-season” bodybuilder at the gym or on this website, I see a fat guy with chest and shoulders like yours. What are your chest and waist measurements? Since you’re a mouthbreathing retard, let me clarify: chest is through the armpits and waist is around your belly button (not your pants size).

I have never ever claimed to be ripped or look like any contest ready bodybuilder. even contest ready bodybuilders only look like that leading up to a contest. saying i look like a perpetual off season bodybuilder, i can live with that.

we all have different goals and looks we want. some want to be lean and small. some want to be able to just live huge amounts of weights regardless of how they look. I fall in the category of wanting to be freaky looking with size and also be very strong.

wow, i won’t argue about nonsense. her dress is hanging in the hungary muesuem, if anything she was thin. only in some countries did the rich over indulge and get fat. this wasn’t rome. she lived in a different time and place. please, don’t talk about what you don’t know. though she was extremely rich and powerful, she lived in a war torn area. blimp??? your funny little guy, lol.

According to this article 1\3 of all US children and 2\3 adults are either overweight or obese. It doesn’t bother me other than from the perspective that my income may be stolen (taxation) to pay for care for those who have made poor lifestyle choices willingly.

What I find funny is that many of the same people in this thread who are lamenting the increase in fatties in this country are also in Squat Rack Curls, volumes 1-5, making fun of every single stupid thing they see in the gym. I think it’s beyond facetious to get on here and participate in a thread that almost solely consists of making fun of people who don’t know how to properly work out, without offering advice or doing anything to help those people, and then get on this thread and start bitching and whining about how many fat people there are.

If you care about how many fat people there are to the point where you feel the need to start a thread about what a travesty this is and how disgusting it is and how it didn’t used to be like this and blah, blah, blah, then what the fuck are you doing to help alleviate this epidemic, aside from ridiculing fat people’s appearances and ridiculing the warped, ineffective workout regimens of the fat masses you see in the gym?
And what is your solution?

People know that eating junk food is unhealthy. People know that being so overweight is not attractive and it’s unhealthy. People know that sports are good for the body and the mind.
Yet “nobody” does it because it takes effort.

If it was in my hand (like, politician) :
-I’d tax soda and junk food like McDonald’s and company.
-In the physical activity subject in school I’d add nutrition, so children learn more about it and maybe grow interested.

I’m really sure that the availability of junk food is the main reason of people being overweight in USA and many European countries right now. It’s disgusting to see a 6 years old girl who’s like 45kg.
My solution is this: nothing. I don’t care about fat people and how ignorant of their long-term health they are. It means NOTHING to me. I am not emotionally-invested in the BMI of the state I live in. So if you are, to the point where you feel the need to actively voice this concern or this disgust at something so ignorant and unhealthy, why aren’t you doing something about it?
I’m on the process of doing it. I contribute in a blog and talk about nutrition and lifestyle. I have tried to convince my friends and some relatives to drop the junk food. I promote healthy lifestyle in the office if someone brings up the topic.

I do my part because most people are very ignorant about all that concerns nutrition and health (I was in that pack not so much ago) and I hope that my words and attitude encourage them to take action.
One guy at my office has dropped soda and candy all together because he’s overweight and bit worried about it already (and he’s like 23). I do what I can.

You also have to think about the society in general. More people will be affected by diabetes and other diseases caused by poor eating. All that money that is spend on research and medicines could be spend in other health causes.

What will happen if in 50 years 90% of the population is overweight and close to obese? I don’t think that’s good for the economy…

99.99% of women, do not have more muscle than any other girl. its only in extreme cases. so i was speaking of the vast overwhelming majority. yes, if a woman has more muscle, she may weigh a tad more. but we are talking extremes here.

Either post up some more pictures of yourself or I’d say you’re just a troll who copped someone else’s pic and is using it to create an online persona.
