As the title says, I’m 30 years old, an I have the opportunity to go pro next year, my coach says I have good combat skills for some one who has X amount of amatuer fights,despite my age I want to fight pro, I’m looking on competiting amateur, well pro amatuer till the end of the year, but I’m looking to add size and strength, I compete at 75kg, and I rehydrate to 77kg.
I’m looking to be bigger stronger an leaner, an Im looking on starting a steroid cycle for when I start my strength and lifting plan. I was hoping if anyone here has any knowledge in ped use in sports, for bulking up and using Peds in competition, please share wisdom, also for the first 3 months of lifting I’ll be lifting natural, I’ll be doing a program called 8x5, an I know nutrition is everything, but once you have no life other than training, I’ll put all my money into a solid nutritional meal plan.
Your coach is the one who should be advicing on this. As an MMA coach myself i would never put another coaches fighter on steroids of my choice. The fighting, the gym and the drugs go hand in hand, all of these have to be connected with a plan. The same person should be holding pads for you, spotting your bench and planning your cycles. Or a team of people who work together.

On TRT at 180mg per week
T3 50mcg per day
Ran eq at 600mg per week out of camp and
Made sick cardio gains and even gained some
Upper body mass but when it came to cut for camp
The hunger from the EQ was way too much.
Switched to cardarine and felt like cardio gains got even better somehow but without the added hunger and extra lean mass-.
Guys in my gym are using

Next camp I’m gonna try semaglutide for hunger control when trying to get weight down for the cut
