This is a curiosity question as I have no knowledge of PEDs. I was watching a documentary on ultra runners (over 100 mile races) and was wondering, is there anything that can be taken to greatly improve endurance over those long distances? Aside from EPO. I have seen Cardarine suggested.
I did some ultra running events a few years back. You really just need a lot of running volume and fueling your training/racing properly. Cardarine and/or Osterine could help but I find they are more beneficial for harder effort stuff like mountain biking or faster type running evets where you need to push through lactic acid situations.
Well, some guy named Lance Armstrong was pretty good at endurance events and took PEDs.
Many Steroids promote muscular endurance but based on your question I am guessing you are targeting cardio/running endurance. If so, Masteron is purported to help in that regard. The entire adaptogen category of supplements probably does a better job though.
Blood doping, cobalt doping, TRT dose test/low dose synthetic androgen, peptides etc etc.
If think a little test and a little EQ would be fairly effective.
Iād need to be taking something for my joints. I donāt think I handle much more than 20-25 miles a week before I get issues. Perhaps a bit of HGH or peptides like BPC-157 could help there.
Imagine running that distance on a daily basisā¦
Sildenafil. Seriously, high dosages (150mg) make it feel like Iāve gained a third lung. I love doing workouts after taking this, I feel like I can cut my rest periods in half and lift the same weight. Full disclosure: I powerlift, most cardio I do is dragging a sled.
Itās great for mid body pumps too haha.
