Pec Exercise Advice for Central Chest

Good thanks! I’m down to 78.5kg and 14.5% bf. I’ve been working to correct an imbalance in my rear delts that I’ve been successful in doing so I’m well pleased with that. Still working on the central chest area and have introduced the pec flye machine into my set. I’m going to first tackle the fat and aim for 75kg/12% bf, then switch to a high protein diet, cut sugar as much as possible and attempt to bulk.
