haha could be a contributing factor

I put 1.5 Tbls of peanut butter in my egg beaters today. Topped it with cinnamon and Splenda.

The whole time I was making it, I was pissed that I had wasted so much food. It looked and smelt horrible.

Then I tasted it. Mmm… French Toast.

I might have to try this.

I like putting some peach yogurt into a tuna packet…mix it all up, and yummers.

Cream cheese on fried eggs anyone? Discovered this little gem while trying to up my cals for the AD.

You’re all out of your fucking minds, and I will try everything from the above.

This morning i ate:

3 eggs
1/2 cup raw oats
1/2 cup milk
3 packs splenda
1 large spoonful natty PB
Half banana sliced
bunch of cinnamin
tad vanilla

This is all mixed up and cooked in a pan like a pancake. Normally i would put some vanilla protein powder in it, but i didnt have any. (so i sprinkled some wheat flour in it to thicken it up) Then top with calorie free syrup.

Note: this is not recommended by most respected coaches on this site. (milk and oats, oh and bananas)

Do you guys find that this helps you ingest more eggs? I find that on most days after about 5-6 eggs I feel like I am about to lose my breakfast if I take one more bite. I can attest to peanut butter and eggs tasting pretty damn good. I haven’t tried scrambling them though. I made a Bacon, Egg, Cheese, and peanut butter bagel on several occassions and it is suprisingly better then you would expect.

almonds, either melt some cheese over them or melt some peanut butter.

have them hot (nacho style) or re-refrigerate for peanut butter almonds.

also, cottage cheese on eggs with salsa

resees peanut butter cups (healthy), i forget the exact combination but you melt some peanut butter, add some cottage cheese, some splenda and some choc prot powder. doesnt taste amazing, but make a bowls worth and taking a spoonful usually will qwell any cravings for sweets or snack food you have. Where did u get that recipe? I once posted in another forum, i believe on facebook, where you add cottage cheese, natural peanut butter (melted to mix easier), choco protein powder, splenda for taste and some flax meal. Mix all together and there you so.

Cream cheese, diced chicken breast and/or salmon, spinach, ground almonds, Parmesan and eggs…oh yeah!

Peanut butter is best on a spoon IMO.
