Peanut Butter and Sluggishness

Yeah, pretty much what I have had to do. I just need a good fat source, and it was one I really enjoyed eating, much more so than olive oil. Now I am going with self-grinded flax mixed with defatted peanut flour, cinnamon, and a little sweetener instead. Use an egg yolk for a sat’d fat source if needed. I have done much better the past two days.

Wait, you are claiming to have a 300 # bench press? This is even more ridiculous than your claim that you are 3% bodyfat…you really need to start looking up believable numbers on the internet before you post

its a pretty common thing man! I dont use a blender cause it gets too messy…i just stick them in a bowl and whip them with a spoon…sometimes add a bit of splenda and/or cocoa powder and its pretty delicious…

Uh. Benching twice your body weight is not ridiculous at all. It took 4 years of working out my chest and back 3 times/week but I promise it can be done. In fact, its kind of a signature mile-marker in the lifting world, but I’m sure you knew that! Anyway, I don’t really understand why you think I would lie about such a thing on an internet forum. Whether you believe me or not, it changes nothing for me.

The good news is…the pseudo peanut butter made from flax is doing the trick thus far! I feel pretty spiffy today again! Thanks for the input guys. And the BS calls, their entertainment factor has been worth wasting a little time on.

Haha, gotta watch that cholesterol! I like reading the power-lifting/body building literature, but I try to retain some normal dietary standards. And the gas… lets just say eggs smell much worse coming out than going in.

Put CC in a bowl. Put a few spoon fulls of PB on top. Mix it around a few times and eat. Simple.

peanut butter is the greatest food in the world. if you are unable to eat any, that really sucks for you.
