Peak Adult Age?

What range do you think is the “peak” adult age for a man or woman?

Men: 23-27

natrually it’s supposed t obe 25 for males.

obviously weight training and hormone management can change that

In terms of physicality, it’s early to mid-20s. In terms of one’s overall quality of life, I think the 30s potentially offer the best combination of youth, money and social position.

Peak for what?

I would imagine that nowadays the 30’s is where it’s at. You’re (hopefully) mature enough to have a solid perspective on who you are and what you want out of life, you have more money to do fun shit than you did a decade earlier… while you might not be as athletic/physically resilient overall as you were in your 20’s - though you very well could be if you do things right - you should by no means be a fat piece of shit (and if your goal is simply to look good nekkid, you’ll have had much more time to make that work for you).

While you might not be as knee-deep in strange as you were in your 20’s, the women of that age bracket (so I hear) fuck better and you can still do lots of shit the younger crowd does without being seen as ‘that creepy old guy’.

Next year the answer is 37.

It’s a totally open question. Physical development or some other aspect of being a man.

shit its catching up to me and im 24. I feel in other terms that I have just begun though. I mean at my age, you have the freedom to travel the world, but not neccessarily the money to do it.

It depends obviously but I think the last thing to fully develop are your bones, and that happens between 23-25.

Watched a story the other night on how many Winter Olympic Medal winners are in their thirties.

I am 43, and I can tell you I am as strong in the gym now as I have ever been in my life. The problem is that my joints hurt way more and I have to ice and pamper them now. Always having tendon issues.

Getting old isn’t for sissies.

Good point, many athletes “peak” in their 30s but that may just be an experience thing (dealing with pressure and handling it as you keep on competing, etc).

as long as you stay single, life is better year after year. you get better at everything, you are making more money and can date a larger pool of women- you can date girls in their 20s and also the cougars in their 30s and 40s (and dating rich cougars is really fun).

i’m single @ 34, i don’t have any kids, and in that situation you can do exactly what you want. plus, you have the maturity to study further, travel, buy cool shit for your parents, do charity work and improve the community etc.

but the chicks of all ages make it constant fun.

At 47 I’m not as strong as I was as a youth, but I’m bigger. I’m also at the best of my artistic abilities, and I expect THAT to continue improving for many years.

Peak? What peak?

I don’t know if you can talk about a “peak” for accomplishment or quality of life. Just changes. I want to live through the whole thing!

I am scared of my body falling apart on me, though. Do you just hit a year when you stop progressing in the gym?
