Op - original poster.
You don’t need to run tamoxifen during your cycle unless you already have gyno. However I’ve read some take 10mg tamoxifen 2x/wk for gyno prevention instead of an AI. This isn’t something you should really be concerned with too much. Run the SERM starting from the third week of your final pin for your PCT at any protocol given by @Andrewgen_Receptors or @mnben87 above. During the three weeks bridge you can use HCG to get your balls up and running faster but it’s not absolutely necessary.
