I needed to shake things up and focus on my weaknesses.

Monday - Friday: 100 front knee bends and walking daily
Saturday: walking on a beautiful day

Sunday: walking
Monday - Thursday: 100 plank twists and walking daily
Friday: OMG the stairs

Sunday: pre-breakfast yoga, post-breakfast walking
Monday: pre-breakfast martial arts, post-breakfast walking
Tuesday: pre-breakfast martial arts, post breakfast walking

Wednesday: lots of walking
Thursday: pre-breakfast yoga, walking later
Friday: pre-breakfast martial arts, walking later
Saturday: pre-breakfast martial arts, walking later

Sunday: walking
Monday: walking
Tuesday: pre-breakfast yoga and later walking

One week ago: M-F: 100 nose dives daily and daily walks
This last week: M-F: 100 judo escapes daily and daily walks

Sunday: five sets of OL training exercises, three sets of pull downs, five sets of dead lifts, three sets of pull downs, three sets of hamstring curls, three sets of pull downs, rowing machine
Monday: five sets of dips, five sets of squats, five sets of curl and press, three sets of leg press, three sets on a chest flies machine, three sets on the quad machine, three super sets on the shoulder machine
Tuesday: rowing machine, bag work, side carries, three sets on the machine rows

Saturday and Sunday: extra walking
Mon-Fri: almost 100 downward dog dives and walking daily
