I actually really enjoyed Paul Walker’s movies, for the most part. If you want to see him at his best, watch ‘Running Scared’. Truly a great performance. Not for the faint of heart.
I was going to post something about him cheating on his wife, but I just discovered he was never actually married to the mother of his daughter.
It has been reported that there was power steering fluid on the road where the skid started, and the skid marks are in a straight line instead of what you would expect from someone losing control.
But yeah, the hit out on him is retarded.
Paul Walker lived the dream r.i.p.

What do you expect the skid marks to look like if someone loses control?

I would expect them to be in a manner consistent of a person that is trying to steer to avoid hitting a tree, or pole. Or if they loss the ass end trying to correct it and possibly oversteering. The person reporting this stated that the skid marks are in a straight line like they weren’t even trying to turn. And that there was power steering fluid at the start of the skid. Not sure if it was a mechanical malfunction or what. That’s all I have heard about it though. I am not even sure if these are indeed facts yet, but it has been reported.
Here this explains it better than I can. Sucks
No one else thinks going 100+ MPH on 45 MPH speed limit public roads deserves a little condemnation?
If they’d been drunk and wrecked, I’m sure there would be plenty of it. How is doing something retarded like this any different? They could have killed a pregnant mother on her way home from work. If we want to make something good out of this, lets make it an example to stop stupid teenage boys from doing something similar.
Skip to 4:40 or 5:58 if you’re not interested in the car, but at roughly those marks they explain that it’s an extremely difficult car to drive fast. I would be willing bet something significant that the driver lost control and hit the tree, but that doesnt sell papers or get website clicks…

Ah, I see. Wasn’t quite sure what you meant.
I was just thinking that unless you’re in a spin, slamming on the brakes will usually lead to straight skid marks since by that point you’ve already lost most of your traction. The car might be sliding sideways, but the skid marks will still be straight. (As the car slows down and you regain traction in some of the tires, you get some curvature in the skid marks.)
I had a steering wheel break off when I was testing an autocross car once. Fortunately I was just in a parking lot with cones, but that’s a seriously disconcerting feeling to lose your steering.
Really unfortunate this happened.

They are dead. They didn’t kill anyone else. If people want to use this as a teaching aid then fine. But, I think we should let them R.I.P

No worries.
Who is Paul Walker?
$10k for a wedding ring? Horse shite. You’re paying $10k for a gold band? I don’t think so. Pity he didn’t give it to the Fred Hollows Foundation (hollows.org.au) which would have given, at $23 a pop, sight to 434 poverty stricken people, instead of some self centred female. I mean, was it exactly $10k or was it $9,999? Sorry but my sphincter is clamping so that means a PR person is in the vicinity. Beware of rich and famous doing strangely public donations. “Put it on my tab.” He had a tab at a jewelry store? Excuse me while I go take a dump.
If you believe stories like that, CNN or not, you should just send me your bank account details with password and I’ll buy every “returning soldier’s girlfriend” a gold ring. Trust me. I’m a movie start.
I guess the forum’s name tells it all.
and thats why there are speed limits

- College student Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell, 23, and Paul Walker, 40, had been together for seven years
-
They had met when she was just 16 and he was 33
-
Jasmine was supposedly beginning to become the step-mother to Walker’s 15-year-old daughter, Meadow

LOL!
And also thanks for sticking up for me.
And also thanks to The Bird for helping me in this time of need. Cyberbullies like WWEAttitude need to be put in their place!
I’ve seen people post on facebook picture of the driver and wondering why nobody cares about him dying, and why is that famous people get the attention.
Well, unless those people are going to post pictures and say RIP for evey person that dies in a car accident (that’ll be a long list every day if they do) then they should not say silly things.

Word is that police found power steering fluid all over the road, which was caused by mechanical problems. Wouldn’t have been hard for someone to tamper with the car while everyone was busy at the charity event. Wouldn’t be suprised if someone at Universal put out a hit on PW to ensure the film makes a billion dollars world wide, assuming he was planning on leaving the franchise After FF7
Oh, so you’re one of those kinds of idiots.

If they are dead, they can’t hear me for me to prevent their resting. If his girlfriend or something was going to read this, sure. But the dude did something stupid and put other people at risk.
