nice boobs!

Hey Guys! I’m back from my trip north and the semester has gotten as settled as it’s going to so here I am! I’ll catch up on logs this weekend hopefully.

The trip was FANTASTIC! I took a lot of pics, but I’ll just share a few with you guys. I’ll break up my story with them.

We ended up driving up Thursday after my class. Which means we left around 10pm and got there at 8 am. I would like the record to show that I wanted to stop, but was overruled.

We got to Meunsing Google Maps right as the ranger’s office open and so we got permits and then ate in town. It’s an adorable little place that reminded me of “Northern Exposure.” Then we did a loop around Mosquito Falls. Thankfully it was too cold at night for mosquitos.

That first loop was about 4 miles, but it took all day because we cooked lunch and played on the rocks that are the coast line to lake superior. It is so pretty up there.

When we were eating on the rocks one of the few people we saw said we looked like an REI ad. So, I guess I blend as an outdoor adventurer.

The first night we stayed at a campsite called the coves. By campsite I mean there was a pole in the ground that you had to stay near so you don’t fuck up the forest. We did the hammock thing again. It was warm during the day (high 70s to low 80s) but got pretty cold (40s) at night. The only issue I had was having to get up in the middle of the night to get a pad under me since the cold air under you takes all the heat away.

The second day we also didn’t get a lot of miles in, I think we did about 6. What we did do is spend all morning at the beach. We were the only two people at the beach and it was absolutely awesome. Since we were the only 2 for miles we got to spend the whole morning naked. I never new being naked outside was so awesome.

The second night we stayed at the Trappers lake campsite. We took over the group campsite and so had a giant fire pit. I made the fire all by myself.

Sunday honestly was hard. We had done a lazy hike in, but had to hike back to the car then drive 12 hours back. So, about 8 miles with 45 lb packs it was. My poor feets are still a bit blistered. I stopped to take a lot of cool pics though, and despite being in pain, I was high off the weekend so it didn’t suck. It was just hard. The trail is a ‘trail,’ I think they’re trying to keep the area untouched through permits and making it hard.

A shot of the ‘trail’

Hmm I hadn’t even thought about that. Maybe it was? I prefer to go with tree sexy time though.

Another tree shot!

Frenchie! I think we may make another trip even farther north. Like to the Canada land. My geography skills suck. How far north are you?

That’s actually something I need to work on. I cannot blindly follow my buddy! Sometime they have no idea what’s going on either.

Me on the 3rd day. Totally pooped.

Probably, I like taking pics of Fungi too.

I’ve eaten like a beast for the last oh, week and a half, so I’ve gotta get that in check, but I think I’ve worked out a new schedule. Now that the semester has started I’m going to have to cut back on my gym time, and some of the stuff just has to be dropped. It’ll work itself out, but right now the plan is

M - AM Free/Play/Soft tissue PM Squat & Bench
T - AM Spin PM Yoga & DL
W - AM Yoga PM Hula Hoop (!)
Th- AM Spin PM Sleep
F - AM Bootcamp PM Hike
Sa- AM Yoga Squat & MP & Clean

It’s of course subject to change. I’ll take some measurements in the AM and ascertain progress in that realm. For everything else things are still improving, so going good, going great. I’m going to find a place to rent kayaks and start working on that soon.

Look at how clear the water is!

Love the boots and the wilderness pix! Glad to see you back at the gym and stuff!

Lovely pics again. Yeah my plans always get moved around too, but the challenge of being organised can sometimes be fun. I had a kayak bug once (love the water anyway), never got the kayak though, so only did it a couple of times. It’ll be nice to hear your kayak adventures, glad to see someone take so much advantage of the outdoors where they live.

look like you had a great time~ very jelly.

My hike experience: I’ve learnt the hard way what my “fun” limits are. Easy flat trail around 15km. Bitch hard trail in mountain peaks - 5-7km. That doesn’t mean I won’t push myself once in a while, but I will do some knowingly and prepared. Jot down your mileage, type of trail and such in a log and write your impressions. Was it too long? too short? did you bring enough water? eventually you’ll have learned enough to prepare yourself easily.

In terms of geography, the lakes in Canadaland are about a 17 hour drive West from Montreal. An option would be to fly to Toronto and rent a car.

I did take measurements the next morning, just didn’t have time to post. When you’re off the grid for 3 whole days the next week is a sprint.

I didn’t measure until a bit into deciding I was going to deal with my pudginess, and I don’t think I put starting ones down so I’ll do that now. They say being vunerable is vital to being whole. By they I mean actual researchers; http://www.ted.com/talks/brene_brown_on_vulnerability.html

Inches 8/21 9/14
Upper Arm 12 12
Boobies 41 41
Natural Waist 32 32
Lrg Prt of Waist 37 37 - This is the number I want to go down since it’s my loveless handles
Hip 42 41.5
Thigh 23 22.5
Calf 14 14

So, where I was before the derailment thus what I need to hit or beat:

[i]GOALS:

Upper Arm 11 - if this goes up due to guns growing that’s
Boobies 37 - no comment
Natural Waist 29
Largest Part of Waist 32 - note how this is currently where my smallest part is, not happy
Hip 37.5
Thigh 20
Calf 14

For this semester my goals aren’t changing much from last.

Edit: I differentiated between goals and progress better, don’t want it to be confusing.

Thanks! Me too, when I’m away too long I start to miss the feel of the bar.
